Description:
We are currently searching for a Mechanical Engineer to design enclosures and test fixtures for Mayflower’s GPS/INS Products and R&D efforts. A typical day will include generating product requirements, designing components and assemblies, and generating the associated engineering documentation to produce components. Other duties will include inspection of R&D components, developing assembly guides, and fabricating components in house.
Required Skills and Education:
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on component design. Full product lifecycle experience is a plus.

- Demonstrated proficiency with 3D modeling using SolidWorks (Preferred), Creo, CATIA, or Fusion 360
- Familiarity with SolidWorks PDM or similar product data management system

Description:
Mayflower is looking for a Principal Antenna Engineer to develop GNSS multi-element antenna array designs to support Mayflower GNSS anti-jam products. This applicant should have the ability to design, model, and analyze multi-element arrays of monopoles, loops, dipoles, and other innovative microwave element structures. Antenna modeling expertise with HFSS is desired. The candidate must have experience with designing impedance matched antennas and tuning circuits to impedance match antenna arrays over multiple bands, as well as modeling and measuring antenna active impedance. Experience in GNSS bands is a plus. The candidate must have experience in designing antennas for fabrication and maturing them into a final product. Experience in RF system level design including LNAs, mixers, filters, amplifiers, PLLs, VCOs, I/Q modulators, and RF dividers is also a plus.
Proficiency with laboratory measurements and equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, noise figure analyzers, and power meters is required. The candidate must also be proficient with measuring antenna patterns in an anechoic chamber.
Required Skills and Education:
- S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with experience in electromagnetics and antenna design, modeling, and development. Responsibilities will be commensurate with the level of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Electromechanical Technician include the assembly of electronics into mechanical assemblies, housings and the support of daily production operations (assisting in product debug analysis, inspection, RMA’s, etc). This position could also include the soldering of components down to the 0201, building wire harnesses & cables, and assemble of test fixtures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand schematics, as well as interpreting mechanical and electrical product documentation
