Dr. Triveni N. Upadhyay, Founder & Chairman
Dr. Upadhyay has over 25 years of advanced GPS product development and senior level project management experience with the primary focus on developing and marketing low-cost, low-power GPS receivers, integrated GPS/IMU, cellular wireless communications and GPS anti-jam products. As the founder and Chairman, he has been the technical director of projects for the numerous government and industry projects that have made fundamental contributions to the field of GPS anti-jam techniques, GPS/INS navigation and wireless communications systems.

In March 2000, Dr. Upadhyay founded and served as President and CEO of Envoy Networks, Inc., a venture capital funded company focused on developing and marketing third generation (3G) commercial mobile cellular technology and products. At Envoy, Dr. Upadhyay developed innovative technology to enhance the capacity and coverage of wireless cellular networks for both voice and data, which are subjects of several US patents. Envoy Networks was acquired by Texas Instruments, Inc in 2002.

Dr. Upadhyay has published over twenty-five papers in technical journals. He is the co-inventor of six U.S. Patents: 2 in wireless communications technology and 4 in GPS technology. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, member of ION and AIAA, and a Charter Member of TiE (the Indus Entrepreneur) www.TiE.org - a global, not-for-profit organization with more than 40 chapters worldwide promoting entrepreneurship. Dr. Upadhyay is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, received his M.S. from Princeton University and Ph.D. from the University of Texas, Austin.

William LeComte, Hardware Development Manager
Mr. LeComte is the lead principal RF design engineer and hardware development manager responsible for the design, development, test, and evaluation of RF systems used to support the production of GPS interference cancellers, GPS interference location systems, GPS data link systems, and smart antennas and transceivers. As part of his efforts in leading the RF technology at Mayflower, Mr. LeComte has designed miniaturized high-performance synthesizers, multi-channel GPS down-converters, and GPS RF receiver front-ends.

Previously Mr. LeComte worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where he was responsible for optical/RF systems design to measure high-speed multi-gigabit data over an experimental 20 GHz terrestrial air-link in which he acted as test director. As part of that effort, Mr. LeComte designed a 20 GHz atmospheric propagation simulator utilizing transversal filter techniques to provide repeatable testing of atmospheric equalizers used to counter the effects of depolarization. From 1990 to 1995 he designed various RF and photonic antenna nulling systems to counter the effects of broadband signal jamming over a 2 GHz bandwidth. From 1988 to 1990 he was involved in receiver designs employing phase-locked loop techniques for reception of communication space satellites in the S and EHF bands. From 1982 to 1988 Mr. LeComte worked on the design, fabrication, and test of various RF and digital subsystems for EHF communication satellites. Mr. LeComte holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S in Microwave Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
